Ubiquiti software is modular, and is easily adapted to work with other commercial or customer in-house software. Different modules of our software are loosely organized into Search, Analytics and Diagnostics product suites. Our product suites are developed on a common platform to allow customized interoperability.
Ubiquiti Search enables intuitive, accurate, relevant, and customized features for information repositories. Words and phrases, automatically prompted for spell-correction, can be accessed – and in fact, users can simply input conceptual ideas based on which the relevant documents are located and provided by Ubiquiti. Previews and highlighting of the specific relevant locations within each document makes a user’s task much easier and quicker. Even if a repository has large documents, a user is directed to the appropriate sections for which a search is performed.
Analytics are provided in a Ubiquiti software platform to encode, analyze and utilize information that would otherwise require tedious manual effort and time. Our software handles numeric, categorical and also text narrative data. Users may organize their data, perform charting, generate formatted reports, drill-down, search, and mine their datasets easily and accurately. Customizable features allow for organizations to set up their own approach to examining data and for reporting functions.
Ubiquiti also provides software to forecast and obtain pre-set alerts on issues from diverse information sources. Essentially any source of data and information may be used, as exemplified in several commercial sectors (e.g., automotive, manufacturing, transportation etc.). Alerts and forecasts, applied to diverse data sources, help to create “Early Warning Systems”. Users can set, have evaluated automatically, and view sophisticated alerts, enable forecasts on ontology-organized information, and utilize diverse data sources that are automatically linked by Ubiquiti.
Diagnostics, and associated data entry functions, automate important functions which would otherwise be time-consuming and error-prone. Based on narrative symptom descriptions, an automated help desk rapidly identifies the most likely causes and their fixes. The diagnosis is obtained by comparing the symptom descriptions with the “knowledge” as stored Ubiquiti-processed records. After the problems are resolved, our data entry module helps to enter a new record efficiently and accurately by assigning the appropriate descriptors or codes automatically – based on the narrative text and other information. (Note: Ubiquiti does not need “lessons learned”, matching criteria etc. – just raw unprocessed records are sufficient.)
