Sales, Marketing and Technical Positions
Ubiquiti is expanding its business and technical scope. We seek self-driven hands-on individuals (ie, more of strong & competent developers who like technology – as we do, and less by way of managerial talent – although that helps as well). The individuals need to be self-starters, and be able to deliver without having to hire whole teams (at start). Over time, the individuals will help build and interact with larger teams. Throughout, there will be close interaction with our existing and experienced team in the US. While the opportunities at Ubiquiti are very significant, applicants should understand that our expectations are high as well.
Our requirements are not small, and ours may not be the right environment for every applicant. We are seeking exceptionally capable people who can handle difficult assignments – and Ubiquiti will compensate appropriately.
Technical: Experience in development & implementation of data-oriented technologies.
Sales: Experience in developing & driving enterprise sales, in particular with long sales cycles.
Marketing: Experience in developing & driving enterprise campaigns, and customer interactions.
